There are no fees for under 18-year-olds.
Fees for burials of those who were not inhabitants of the County Borough during the twelve months prior to the date of death, shall be doubled unless:
1. The deceased had previously purchased the grave rights whilst resident; or
2. The deceased was a resident of Torfaen immediately prior to moving out of the County Borough for reasons related to care or support (subject to evidence of residency); or
3. The burial is for a member of the Armed Forces (or their surviving spouse or civil partner) subject to evidence of their prior residency in the County Borough.
